The following steps reflect the established service process for overhaul and refurbishment, including quality control and documentation.

- Completely dismantle case, crystal, pushers and crown
- Ultrasonic cleaning
- Refurbish and replace defective components
- Glass-bead blasting, re-blackening or satin finishing as commissioned
- Replace all seals
- Replace spring bars
- Inspect and adjust clasp
3 · Movement
- Movement overhaul
- Clean all movement components
- Replace worn components
- Reassemble and lubricate
- Regulate movement
- Function test
- Reassemble case and close case back
4 · Quality control
- Water-resistance test
- Set time and date
