BaselineAnalyse historical source files and bring them safely into the ORFINA archive when needed. Day-to-day media editing is handled in the media library.
The additive migration is never executed automatically. If no DB connection is configured server-side, a Supabase PostgreSQL connection URL can be used once here; it is not stored.
Images are read server-side directly from orfina.ch, validated and stored as local files on this hosting. No image files are stored in Supabase Storage.

Rankings account for exposures and likes with a confidence score rather than absolute likes alone.
Inventory is ledger-based, so stock movements remain traceable instead of overwriting history.
Versioned documents with immutable snapshots, status history and internal viewer/PDF.
No tax, customs, origin or CITES decision is guessed. Without an approved active rule, the order remains in manual review.
The active logo is shown at the top left of the public website. No duplicate ORFINA wordmark is rendered beside it.
Central legal master data for quotations, invoices, export documents and customer communication. New documents store an immutable snapshot.
No tax rate is assumed automatically. Rules must be approved and configured by ORFINA / its professional advisers.
Commission basis, Zuordnung und Gültigkeit werden zentral konfiguriert und pro Bestellung als Snapshot gespeichert.
